We offer a free terminal emulator program for use with any of our products that are capable of RS-232 (serial) communications. You can download the program using the link below. To install: You will need to extract all of the files from the zip file into a new folder on your computer. Once all of the files are extracted to this new folder, simply double-click "terminal.exe", and you will be asked to select what com port your serial cable is hooked up to. In some instances, USB to serial adapters have worked with our software for users that do not have a DB-9 serial port on their computer.
